I see a limited number of patients on Saturdays in Spring Hill.
My approach is grounded in relational psychodynamic therapy. I work with adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the impact of early attachment experiences. The patterns that shape how we relate to others often emerge within the therapeutic relationship itself, and exploring what arises between us is a central part of the work.
This kind of therapy is most effective with regular engagement, and I generally recommend weekly sessions rather than fortnightly. Short-term therapy (10–20 sessions) can be helpful for those wanting to focus on specific issues, while longer-term therapy allows for a broader, more in-depth exploration.
Before training as a psychologist, I completed studies in filmmaking. I continue to enjoy working with individuals who have an interest or vocation in the arts.
Therapy offers a space for self-reflection, understanding, and change. If you’re seeking therapy that supports both immediate relief and lasting growth, I invite you to get in touch.
Fees
My fee for a 50 minute consult is $200. I keep my fees as low as practical in order that people may be able to continue to attend therapy in-lieu of, or after exhausting, their mental health care plan (MHCP). Payment is made via bank transfer. I will provide an invoice via email after each session.
Availability
I maintain appointments on Saturdays at Spring Hill. I tend to see people weekly and provide a consistent time for the duration of therapy where possible.
I will begin consulting on Fridays in early 2026.
